Booking Form

Read the Conditions of Booking then complete and return a signed and completed booking form as soon as possible remembering to attach the deposit (25% of total cost). To minimise corruption of the booking form it has been saved as a PDF (Portable Document Format) file. To view and print PDF files you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader software . If you do not already have this software, a FREE download copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader (latest version) is available by clicking on the link.

You can pay by cheque or credit/debit card. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Valleybrook Holidays.'  We will accept your credit card details over the phone, but will not process them until we receive your completed Booking Form. Alternatively you can complete your card details on the booking form and send it in to us.

We will then send you a booking confirmation letter as receipt of your deposit: confirming the dates and the property chosen; detailing your outstanding balance and the date that it is due for payment. Full payment is required for bookings within 6 weeks of the start of your holiday.

Finally you can print off the directions for finding us, or we can send you them in the post.
