Our standard villas are also designed and furnished using the same criteria as our luxury ones, with a large sundeck, open plan living area, and three bedrooms.
One bedroom is situated on the ground floor adjacent to the family bathroom with two further bedrooms upstairs; a master double bedroom with private balcony for that romantic breakfast with a view (Hocking view restricted); plus a twin bedroom overlooking the stream.
Downstairs the open plan living area is perfectly suited to busy family life and all its paraphernalia, with plenty of space to store surf boards, boogie boards, tennis rackets, soggy towels and swimsuits!
The large picture windows flood the living area with plenty of light,
bringing the outdoors inside. The well fitted kitchen includes a
breakfast bar for quick snacks, alongside a relaxing dining area that
is perfect for lengthy suppers recounting the day’s activities before
retiring to the comfortable living room for a blockbuster movie or a
game of monopoly.
